Hi,

Please help - I've got 2 users: a system admin account and my personal account.

The system admin account has the Kinemac license, but the personal one is not authorized. When I log into the personal account and try to authorize, I am told that Kinemac is already authorized on this machine (but I get the white 'x' and I can't save).

I logged into the system admin account and deactivated, got an OK message, but the registration file's datestamp did not change and Kinemac starts up authorized. If I deactivate, then log out (without re-starting Kinemac), log in as the personal user - I am still locked out.

The registration file is read/write by everyone.

Any ideas?

Login as sys admin, run Disk Utility and repair your boot disk permissions.
Then launch Kinemac, deauthorize and quit. Log out and re-login as personal account.
Run Disk Utility and repair your boot disk permissions.
Now launch Kinemac while connected to the internet. It should work. If not, please contact us providing your user and email you used to register the product:
