 Can't drag & drop images/movies onto objects!, 3D object surface not showing selected texture (4 Replies, Read 30267 times)

I used to be able to drag & drop any appropriate item onto a 3D object surface but not anymore. The selected item appears in the texture menu but not on the canvas view. Can anybody tell me what might have happened. Have I inadvertently switched the feature off?!
