Cannot Activate License

Cannot Activate License, Internet Problem? (2 Replies, Read 15152 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	This is my third post on this topic. As the previous topics indicated I cannot "Authorize Computer" on my Macbook Pro, Snow leopard, 10.6.3. When I click there I get the message dialogue box that I have attached "CANNOT ACTIVATE LICENSE: Cannot get response from the server. Verify you are connected to the internet." I am connected to the internet and I have taken numerous approaches to try and find out if my internet configuration is somehow incompatible with the software. I have the Kinemac app working on my G4. But I cannot get my Macbook to allow me to connect when I try and transfer. As I said in my earlier message I initially tried to install and authorize on the Macbook Pro. The install was fine but the authorization never worked so I finally installed on my G4. But I am desperate to get it on my Macbook Pro. I don't want to have to lug two computers around all the time to work on my projects. The support team has tried to help but they keep telling me it's my configuration. Anybody out there have this kind of problem anytime? I would appreciate any ideas out there. Thanks!
