 Purchasing our products  is fairly simple: through the eSellerate store (our reseller).We don't deliver our products via mail. The only way to get our products is by download. Please read the following note before purchasing our products. For any further information please ask us. Kinemac single user license costs $299. The version 1 registered users will upgrade to all the next 1.x.x versions for free. |

• Try our product firstly: Download our demo product from our web site and run it. Try it before purchasing it. Try it even with the animation sample files you can freely download from our gallery. Feel free to ask us for further information. |

• To purchase: 1 - Click on the button "Buy Now" here below then choose the product and how many copies you want. 2 - Click on the button "Chechout" and you will be shown the order form. 3 - Fill the fields regarding your name, email, address, credit card data then click on the button "Checkout". 4 - You will receive via email the approved invoice in few minutes. Just after, we will email you with a small text file called RegistrationFile.txt. Just put this file within the folder containing the Kinemac application you downloaded and your demo copy will turn in a full working copy. You don't have to rename nor open nor modify this file. It contains encrypted data. |

| • If you didn't receive your registration: We use to send the "RegistrationFile.txt" within 24 hours (usually in few hours or minutes), so if you haven't heard anything after 3 days, most likely you have given an invalid email address. If you didn't receive the invoice from our reseller, please go to the eSellerate web site and get information about your order. If you received the invoice email from the reseller but you didn't receive the email from us (with the RegistrationFile.txt) please contact us providing your alternative email address (with a different domain). Also, please check your junk email folder. Our email contains the RegistrationFile.txt as Zip attachment, therefore some email server can treat it as spam. |

• Don't forget to include your email address in the order. If you have not got one, send your friend's email address. We cannot accept orders without your email, because we can only send by email the "RegistrationFile.txt" (which turns your demo copy to a full working copy). |

• An Internet connection is required to authorize the machine. An internet connection is required at the first moment you authorize/deauthorize a license on a given machine. After the authorization you don't need an internet connection anymore in order to launch/run our software. Thus if your computer cannot connect to internet (at least one time) there is no way to authorize the Kinemac application on it therefore the application cannot run as registered (without the demo limitations).
