3D Text
With Kinemac you can easily create and animate 3D text with any font, size and color. You can apply image textures and movie textures on the surfaces of the 3D text as well you can create trasparent and metal effect.
You can also resize the 3D text dynamically during the animation assigning key frames to the 3 size parameters.

• Create a 3D Text Object choosing the menu item Objects:3D:Text. Type the text and choose the font (open the Font panel with Command-T). Then click on the button OK.

• Double click on the text object in the Stage to re-edit the text.
You don't need to re-edit the text just to change the font to the entire 3D Text object. You can even change the font of the 3D Text object on the Stage. Simply select the 3D Text object in the Stage, then choose the font from the Font panel (open the font panel with Command-T).

• You can apply colors, material attributes and textures (images and movies) on the 3 faces of the 3D Text object (front, back and side). Just select the Inspector panel (Texture Mapping) then drag (or paste) images and movies into the fields "Images" and "Movies" shown aside.

• To get a transparent surface, assign to the surface a transparent color. Open the Color panel with Command-Shift- and choose a color with e.g. 50% opacity.
